Mojoh Gear Monthly Ryzer Giveaway – Official Rules

  1. Eligibility
    Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  2. How to Enter
    Subscribe to the Mojoh Gear email list at mojohgear.com. Each subscriber is automatically entered into the Monthly Ryzer Giveaway. No purchase is necessary.
  3. Entry Period
    Each giveaway runs from the first day of the calendar month at 12:00 AM PST to the last day of the calendar month at 11:59 PM PST.
  4. Winner Selection
    One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible subscribers. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  5. Winner Notification
    The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
  6. Prize
    Each monthly winner will receive one (1) Mojoh Ryzer, shipped free of charge. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Publicity Release
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Mojoh Gear to use their name, city/state, likeness, and submitted photos or videos featuring the Ryzer (including installed on their bag) for promotional purposes in email, social media, and other marketing channels without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  8. General Conditions
    Mojoh Gear reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Mojoh Gear’s decisions, which are final and binding.
