Will the Mojoh Ryzer mount to my bag?

We anticipate it will be compatible with just about any commercially available soft framed backpack style disc golf bag. List of incompatible bags will be updated when discovered. Feel free to contact brian@mojohgear.com to confirm compatibility.

How will the Mojoh Ryzer mount to my bag?

There are two options on how your bag can attach. Here is a short video explaining the options.

How much does it weigh?

The Ryzer weighs 2.6 lbs or 1180 grams.

What are the Dimensions?

Folded/Closed - Approx. 17” x 8” x 8” to top of handle.

Unfolded/Open - with legs extended it will “Ryze” your bag 14” from bottom of the bag to the ground.

Can I use the Mojoh Ryzer as a seat?

No! We estimate it will support up to 50 Lbs.

How much weight will the Mojoh Ryzer support?

We estimate it will support up to 50 Lbs.

How much pulling force is required to extend the legs?

Only 3-4 Lbs of pulling force! Super easy!

Will it work on hills or sloped terrain?

The Ryzer works on most slopes/hills that you’ll find on the average disc golf course.  For best results we recommend placing the side with 2 legs on the lower side of the hill for optimal stability.

Can it be sat down on the ground while in it's closed position?

Absolutely, no problem!

Mojoh Gear Warranty Policy:

Thank you for choosing Mojoh Gear. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer the following warranty policy:

1. Warranty Coverage:

Mojoh Gear warrants that your Ryzer is free from defects in materials and craftsmanship during normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of the original purchase.

2. Warranty Process for Purchases from www.mojohgear.com:

In the unlikely event that a problem arises with the materials or craftsmanship of your Mojoh Ryzer within the ONE (1) Year warranty period, please follow these steps:

a. Email your contact information to customerservice@mojohgear.com.

b. Attach pictures of any defective parts.

c. Briefly explain the issues you are experiencing.

3. Warranty Process for Purchases from an Authorized Mojoh Ryzer Retailer:

If you purchased your Ryzer from an Authorized Mojoh Ryzer Retailer, please follow these steps:

a. Contact the retailer from which the Ryzer was purchased to initiate the warranty process.

b. If the retailer is unable to assist with your repair, email the following information to customerservice@mojohgear.com:

   - Your contact information

   - Copy of the original purchase receipt

   - Pictures of any defective parts

   - Brief explanation of the issues you are experiencing

4. Warranty Exclusions:

Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:

- Normal wear and tear

- Accidental damage

- Misuse

- Improper care

- Product alterations

The warranties are only valid for Ryzers purchased through www.mojohgear.com or from an Authorized Mojoh Gear Retailer.

5. Repairs:

Repairs that are not the result of manufacturer defects or craftsmanship, or repairs needed outside the ONE (1) YEAR Warranty timeframe, can still be accommodated for a reasonable fee. To inquire about repair services, please email the following information to customerservice@mojohgear.com:

- Your contact information

- Pictures of any defective parts

- Brief explanation of the issues you are experiencing

6. Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ryzer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of purchase if it is new and shows no signs of use. Please follow these steps for returns:

a. Email us at customerservice@mojohgear.com to request a Return Authorization if you would like a refund on an unused Ryzer.

b. You will be responsible for shipping the Ryzer back to us, along with a 10% restocking fee.

c. Once we have received and examined your return to confirm that it is new and unused, we will refund the balance of your purchase price.

d. Please note that it may take several days for this process to be completed and funds to be deposited into your account.
